Restaurant Freud
The unique Restaurant Freud employs a team of 80 staff
members who have a psychiatric past or present. At Restaurant Freud
they gain work experience and learn to utilize their talents. What
makes the restaurant so special is that the staff members are
responsible for all aspects of the business operations: from
purchasing to cooking and waiting at tables.
The staff at Restaurant Freud always cooks with fresh products
in season, where possible of organic produce. The guests who choose
to dine at Restaurant Freud give the staff a chance at further
personal development.
Each Thursday morning, one of Freud's employees welcomes the
staff of Kennedy Van der Laan with delicious fresh luxury breakfast
rolls and organic fruit juices. Her personal and warm welcome is a
good start of the day.
