Attorney of record's services after 1 September 2008
By Royal Decree of 3 July 2008, the date of entry into force of
the Act Abolishing the Office of Attorney of Record and Introducing
Electronic Data Exchange has been definitively determined at 1
September 2008.
After 1 September 2008 Kennedy Van der Laan will as yet continue
to offer the current attorney of record's services unchanged
and in the way you are used to, on the understanding that as of 1
September 2008 no new assigned cases will be taken up anymore
except at the rates applying to paid cases. Our correspondents have
received a letter from us on this subject.
