Reinforcement of Minority Shareholders' Position in the Right of Inquiry
On 6 January, the Enterprise Section of the Court of Appeal of
Amsterdam ordered an inquiry to be held into possible mismanagement
at Koninklijke Ahold NV over the period from January 1998 through
December 2003.
