Media Report - Legal Blog for the Media
Early April the new blog of the media group of Kennedy Van der
Laan went live: Media Report.
Media Report is a legal blog for the media. Media Report is meant
for the media in a broad sense, for both lawyers and non-lawyers.
The website contains brief reports on legal developments for the
media, in which we try to define events in the media field. Media
Report is published in both Dutch and English (containing a
selection of the reports that appear in Dutch).
Media Report is separate from the Kennedy Van der Laan website,
but is powered by Kennedy Van der Laan. In order to guarantee the
Kennedy Van der Laan 'touch', we have used the art of Tom
Heerschop, which is also used in other publications of Kennedy Van
der Laan.
Media Report contains items on four subjects: Press Law,
Intellectual Property Law and New Media (including database and
privacy law), Regulation of the Media and Advertising. You can find
