Marian Kennedy

Marian Kennedy is a native of the United States and has earned law degrees in both the United States and the Netherlands.
She has practiced law in New York, California and - since 1989 - in Amsterdam. She counsels international and domestic clients on questions of information technology law, including licensing, distribution, computerization projects and related disputes, and Internet and e-commerce. She offers clients extensive experience in negotiating and drafting the wide variety of commercial agreements essential to the information technology industry.
