Marian Kennedy
Marian Kennedy is a native of the United States and has earned
law degrees in both the United States and the Netherlands.
She has practiced law in New York, California and - since 1989 - in
Amsterdam. She counsels international and domestic clients on
questions of information technology law, including licensing,
distribution, computerization projects and related disputes, and
Internet and e-commerce. She offers clients extensive experience in
negotiating and drafting the wide variety of commercial agreements
essential to the information technology industry.
Marian Kennedy is of counsel of Kennedy Van der
Laan as of 31 December 2007.
Kennedy Van der Laan has established the "Marian Kennedy
Fellowship" as a tribute to Marian.
