Bart-Adriaan de Ruijter
Bart-Adriaan de Ruijter works at Kennedy Van der Laan since
2004. Bart-Adriaan specializes in corporate and contract law, with
a focus on corporate and commercial litigation and advice regarding
commercial contracts.
He often represents national and international clients in
proceedings about a wide range of corporate law and contract law
cases, such as claims arising from commercial contracts, disputes
within a legal entity and directors' and officers'
liability. Bart-Adriaan is a member of the professional association
