Carolijn Kuipers
Carolijn Kuipers joined Kennedy Van der Laan in 2006. That year
she graduated from the University of Amsterdam. Carolijn's
practice covers almost all civil-law aspects of real property law.
In particular, she advises real estate developers, investors,
architects, governments and owners of real property. In her
practice she provides advice as well as litigation services.
Carolijn is an editor to the journal Rechtspraak
Vastgoedrecht (Real Property Case Law). In 2011 she
successfully completed a master's with a focus on Real Estate
at Columbia Law School in New York (Harlan Fiske Stone
Scholar).
