Machteld Robichon-Lindenkamp joined Kennedy Van der Laan in 2006
after having practiced law for nearly eight years with a leading
Amsterdam law firm, specializing in telecommunications and media
law.
Machteld's clients include commercial and public
broadcasters and infrastructure operators. She advises on questions
of government regulations of the public and commercial broadcasting
system, as well as on the application of advertising and
sponsorship rules to broadcasting companies. She also assists
telecommunications and media clients in negotiation and enforcement
of commercial contracts.
Machteld has ample experience as a litigator in civil as well as
administrative law procedures.
