Eva Knipschild

Eva Knipschild engages in all aspects of employment law, including flexible employment relations, outsourcing/transfers of undertaking and (collective) redundancies law. She mostly represents national and international businesses. She also advises both employers and works councils on aspects of employee co-governance law.

Eva is a very enthusiastic attorney who likes to share that enthusiasm with others, for example by teaching courses and seminars to clients, attorneys and process servers. Besides her work as an attorney, Eva is editor of the leading employment law journal in the Netherlands JAR, the Annotated JAR, and the journal for works councils OR Informatie. She also publishes regularly in various professional journals.

Eva is an NMI Certified Mediator in the field of employment law and employee co-governance law. She is a member of the Dutch Employment Attorneys Association of the Netherlands (VAAN), the Employment Attorneys Association Amsterdam (VAAA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
