Richard-Jan Roks
Richard-Jan has been an attorney since 1992
and joined Kennedy Van der Laan in 1997. He specializes
in construction and public procurement law.
He advises and represents property developers, architects and
other construction advisers and construction companies regarding
construction contracts and disputes, project development,
public-private cooperation and public procurement processes.
Richard-Jan often speaks at legal conferences about building and
procurement law. He is also a lecturer at the Grotius Academy
specialization courses of European and Dutch procurement law.
Richard-Jan's passion for modern architecture made him the
perfect partner to work with architects Merkx + Girod
(www.merkx-girod.nl) to
develop the interior of our current office building in a way that
