Outsourcing

The last few years have seen a tremendous growth in Kennedy Van der Laan's outsourcing practice. The early outsourcing deals which we handled were complex information technology outsourcings which called specifically upon our technology knowledge and experience. In line with the market, we now handle a wide-range of types of outsourcing from back-office banking processes to airport utilities and integrated facility services.

Our outsourcing practice relies on the skills and experience developed in IT outsourcing projects, our strong corporate transaction and intellectual property practices and our deep knowledge of the employment law consequences of outsourcing.
