development practice assist clients with large commercial and
residential property development projects, design and
construction of commercial and group residential buildings, the
lease and management of commercial and group residential
properties, and investment in these projects and properties. All of
this work is done in a regulatory and legal context that requires
strategic and contingent planning through the web of legal and
regulatory requirements. Where governmental bodies or
public-private cooperative entities are involved - which is often
the case - the rules of
public procurement also play a key role both for the
governmental or semi-governmental body and the commercial
parties.
The clients of the commercial property and project development
practice include project developers, real property owners,
