Floor Veltman
Floor Veltman is sinds 2004 verbonden aan Kennedy Van der Laan,
na in Leiden rechten te hebben gestudeerd en daarna International
Business Law and Transactions aan de Amsterdam Nyenrode Law
School.
Floor is gespecialiseerd in ondernemingsrecht, fusies en
overnames en private equity. Zij werkte eerder als bedrijfsjurist
bij een Tech Transfer Office en was betrokken bij verschillende
gecontroleerde veilingen en fusies en overnames, onder andere op
het gebied van biotechnologie en life sciences.
