Alfred Meijboom
Alfred Meijboom is partner intellectueel eigendomsrecht en
ICT-recht en één van de oprichters van Kennedy Van der Laan.
Hij staat nationaal en internationaal bekend als een vooraanstaande
advocaat op zijn vakgebieden.
Alfred is tien jaar lang hoofddocent ICT-recht aan de Grotius
Academie geweest en is redacteur van Nederlands-Belgische
juridische ICT tijdschrift Computerrecht. Ook treedt hij op als
geschillenbeslechter voor de WIPO en het Tsjechische Arbitragehof
voor generieke, .nl en .eu domeinnaamgeschillen.
Alfred is medeoprichter van de Vereniging van Informatierecht
Advocaten (VIRA) en is daarnaast lid van verschillende andere
beroepsorganisaties.
